Open up your Notepad (the one that is installed by default on Windows) and type in into the new document:
"Bush hid the facts" (no spaces, no enter, just the text between the " " ) Now close notepad without saving it. The program will ask you, if you would like to save the changes. Tell it, yeah and save the file as bush.txt.
