I know there are many here that follow this anime, so it would be nice to have a thread were we can talk about the episodes.
And beware of spoilers, I've warned you! ------------------------------------------------- So todays ep, 001-002. I'm so pissed about them leaving the training exercise til next episode....argggghhhhhh. 7 days is too long! Sakura looks like a guy  , I think it's the clothes or she's wider or something.
Why are the two guys from Akatsuki in the village of sand?...I kind of missed that. To get the monster sealed within Gaara? >_< I can't wait to see the rest of the ninja from Konoha. Hinata ftw! This post was edited by Rosie on Mar 02 2007 02:01am. |

Ill just stick with anime references then.
Best Naruto Amv Ive Ever Seen! Might have been posted before but yeah watch it. The latest anime episode was a bit of a letdown for me. I knew what was gonna happen so that might have affected it somewhat but still. The fighting followed the manga screens exactly as in there were no more action than in 15-20 screens. I figure since they had this awesome chance why not go ahead and add some filler fighting or the like. Not like fans are gonna get mad for you adding more itachi/kisame fighting scenes Hell they are one of the major reason people watch it. There might have been some minor 1-4 seconds additions like a kunai thrown or the like but still it's not like the anime hasen't deviated from the manga before with once occuring jutsu's and the like. It's itachi and kisame go crazy please. But the anime seems to be going strong as a whole but i think i still prefer the manga. (Offtopic) I know why some people think Bleach is antisemite. Most of the people in the JA are anime only. There are a handful of people who read the manga here. I happen to read the manga though. |

Last episode I felt that it was going somewhere, but still most of the time I feel arghfhhghhg nothing happened!!!!!
I want to see sakura fight, and neji and and and....omfg no fair they used doubles or something. |

How do you guys like the new series so far? I think it is pretty good thus far. The only thing is irritating the filleresque stuff that has been added in, but the way it is going now, the series probably won't catch up to the manga. Yay for not having another 100 episodes of fillers. |

tru that! p.s Atm Bleach owns Naruto I agree I started bleach a few weeks ago. I finally caught up to the latest one. Bleach is a heck of a lot better than the new Naruto series. |

well bah. i don't like how the new series has started because so far the pacing feels too fillerish. they've added too many lame fight sequences just to fill up time. lazy bastards should have just animated the kakashi arc first instead and avoided this needless stalling until they've actually caught up with the manga. |

The last time the anime caught up with the manga we had two years of fillers. in other news, I know we are only 4 episodes into the series, but i still do not like the feeling that the series is taking. The ending of the ep seemed far too silly for a series that is trying to make up for multiple years of bad episodes and many lost fans. you do realize that this is a good thing right? The last time the anime caught up with the manga we had two years of fillers. in other news, I know we are only 4 episodes into the series, but i still do not like the feeling that the series is taking. Sakura - the brickwall You fastforwarded the main plot O_o;; The flying part is in the manga and takes about 2-3 pages it is meant to show Deidara's nature to be impulsive while at the same time calculating. _______________

Katon, Goukakyuu no jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu most jounin and chuunin in konoha can perform (as seen in the whole destruction of konoha arc when about 20 ninjas used it against the snakes). I was rather offset by the hand seals he performed when doing it. I realize they were trying to exemplify his seal formation speed but they should have just done that with suiton, suiryuudan no jutsu. Goukakyuu no jutsu DOES NOT have that many seals involved it is actually only six hand seals and has always been animated as such they lost consistancy points with me in this episode _______________

Just saw ep 4.
Gooo Gaara!!! And what an annoying fly he has got to deal with, I hope everything turns out well. >_< Kakashi really rocks, Katon, Goukakyuu no Jutsu!!!!! I guess he stole that from Sasuke. The way Naruto and Sakura managed to get the bells was rofl! Overall it was an ok episode, 20 min is too short. |

Just finished watching ep 003. It was so so.
Cool to see some fighting from Naruto and Sakura but the overall pace of the whole episode was so slow!! zzzzzz I even fastforwarded the part where that Atzuki guy flyes over the village of sand. Sakura - the brickwall |
