I have bad luck.. Some time ago (11weeks to be exact) i order a brand new JA game for the Mac
after 8 weeks of waiting i found out that my game was lost by the post office, 3 weeks a friend coming here to Poland from US brought me another CD of JA. And everything would be great but the i get a "Bad media" error and if i look close at the CD i can see 3 lines right at the edge.. Ok i dont know why I'm writing this much, the problem is simple i can not copy the file "ui.dll" from the CD because thats then the error appears. So i was thinking - that maybe someone here still has a Mac version JA CD - and maybe they could just send me this one file? I'm not even sure it will work but as i noticed the installation is just coping 5 files from the CD to the HD. You have origianl CD's, look for a copy in the web on torrentsites.
I had equal problems, therefore I had contact the publisher. He gives me to possibility, send them my defect cds or look in the web for a copy. (I had bought the game on amazon (1 week waiting for get a new one, original hull) I did the last one, burns it on cd, and can play up to death. hmm. I have one Mac JA CD... ask me if you really need help, cause I can, but i dunno if its illegal (despite the fact that they lost it and its their fault). _______________ ME Returns 4 |

There are two CD's required for installation. It sounds like the disc is bad. The post office should pay for a new game if they lost yours. _______________ American dollars are worth less than Imperial credits. |
