Firstly, hi I haven't posted here in over 2 years. I came back to post this.
Determinance was released a few weeks back. Basically it's a great game which I've been beta testing for a month or two, in which you fly around and use the mouse to control the sword. It's completely up to you what you do with your sword. And I've found it one of the most addictive games ever. It has full online multiplayer even in the demo version; in fact that's the main point of it, it's a multiplayer game. The effects are pretty good and the fluidity of the fights is superb. The game is pretty much completely based around skill, which I love. It's not to do with being able to button bash really fast, reapeating the same move over and over again, it's about bettering your opponent. Oh and did I forget to mention custom special moves? I bought it! You can find screenshots and the demo download link at www.determinance.com It's amazingly fun and you can just pick it up and play it. And in 3-4 weeks there's going to be a major update that includes daggers, axes, spears and bastard swords; and a new game-mode less centered on flying and more on swordplay. You won't regret downloading it. So: Let's play: Determinance! I think it's alright - the melee system has quite a lot of potential etc. However, the game is in a rather infantile stage as of now, and thus not worth the money yet. Maybe once they get all those updates done...

By the screenshots it looks like it is built on the Morrowind engine, or something similiar. 1. me and piccolo tried the demo server... its like 'buy full version or youll have to suffer from 'prince fool' mwahahaha'.
2. after getting annoyed by 'prince fool' you are kicked from the server because your 'multiplayer time' has expired. 3. CONCLUSION: the game graphics and mechanics are not finished so asking for those 20$ is kinda foolish... especially after totally annoying demo (see above). to ask for that ammount of money they must atleast reach the quality of this game: http://www.liveforspeed.net/ _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. Lack of good games, the most difficult system to design games for, and the European version is going to lack much of the backwards compatibility to ps2 games that the american and japanes versions have.
