PaidForum appears to be a forum that pays you to post. You get $5 to start with, and a small amount with every post and thread you put up there. I only joined it recently so I havent seen any cash yet, but who knows? Seems fairly genuine to me.

No, they have DOS (Denial of Service) Attacks on their server, it appears.
