Or - was announced, but i dont see any topics on it! So yeah, they have announced a few things - there is now 3 game modes, PVP (Structured) PVP (World) and PVE - there is 5 playable races ( so far! ) which include the charr! and in wow you dont? heh actually in gw the 'spam' comes from the mechanics. you can only have 8 skills, which are mostly used in combinations etc. but the thing wow doesnt have is obviously the variety of such 'spamable' builds and ofcourse team builds. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. i agree, pvp has much more to offer. well sure wow has a lot of places for pvp, but pvp itself there doesnt change much. gw offered pretty much unlimited combinations of what you can use in pvp. new build were thought up every day where in wow every guy who knows his class well uses pretty much the same cookie-cutter. slap you havent had a high level character on wow! there are plenty of hybrids for each character

I enjoyed what i played of GW1 (prophecies) it featured some interesting ideas that overall worked well and of course there was the added bonus that it was free after purchase.
I would certainly not call it a poor mans WoW, i have played both and they are quite different. well you forgot to say that this summer a new free campaign will be released which will be playable by anyone who owns any of GW games.
im looking forward to gw2 and i hope it will once again be a game with no monthly fees. ofcourse its a bit dumb, but ill still dream that maybe this time game wont be useless if they release a new campaign with new features. look at gw1 - you become pretty much an useless noob (unless you play non-fancy builds) if you didnt have those expansions. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february.
