So I felt like playing Battlefront II again, I install it, launch it and I get this crap:
"Please insert the original disc instead of a backup. See http://www.securom.com/no_orig_found for more details." Original CD is in the DVD-player, it's not damaged or anything, atleast not that I can see. Anyone know how to solve this? This post was edited by D@RtHM@UL on May 14 2007 02:37pm. |

I will make an attempt to steer this post back towards topic!
I had a similar problem recently with Warcraft 3. I would put it into the cd rom drive, and when I went to play it, it would say to put the cd in. My problem was that there was a program on my computer that did not get along with playing and running the cd. Perhaps, you have a similar program running on your computer. For me, it was viewpoint mediaplayer. Also make sure your CD is pretty clean. Hope that helps a little. |

If it's installed then a crack would be a quick fix for the problem. You may have another problem if you try to install it again. CD could be dirty or corrupt. _______________ "Deos fortioribus adesse." This comment was edited by Hardwired on May 09 2007 08:05am. |
