I thought the movie was okay up until its climax. If they... *SPOILERS* ...had the REAL Galactus instead of that stupid cloud, I might have loved the movie (as I did the controversial first). I mean they had plenty of time to have big battle with Galactus since the movie ended at an hour and 30 minutes. Also, what happened to the Watcher? I saw shrek 3 and spiderman 3 and was dissapointed with both. Shrek 3 just seemed like the same less funny jokes and same storyline played over again and spiderman 3.. well i dunno, i just found myself laughing at how lame toby maguire looked trying to be "evil". But im looking forward to seeing pirates 3.. its out so ill just have to get over to the movie theatre sometime |

Really, the fact of the matter is, Hollywood has forgotten on the by and large how to create original content. Personally, I am getting tired of sequels, so movies that are original unto themselves (not nessaceraly the franchise, i.e. Transformers) are greeted with much hospitality in my book.

I highly doubt that Spierman will beat out Pirates at the boxoffice. But Transformers just might have a shot at it. As Buzz previously stated, there are alot of adults now with kids that want to pass the "tourch" along.
