Hehe, when i was about 3-5 years old, my dad would always put on some Satriani on the stereo. And he did that aloooooot.
About 10 years later when i started listening to him, i felt like i knew the music and we really connected. That was a weird feeling there, lol. |

Don't know anything about 'which guitar is best' and don't really care much  But Joe Satriani is the best guitarist I've ever heard. The others I know tend to play more heavy stuff, or basic stuff. But Satch can make his guitar TALK to you 
If I was the type of person to buy music, I'd have bought ALL his stuff. But as it turns out I've only got a few albums  That's enough for me to enjoy his skill though. _______________ Geriatric single User, with a touch of Staff now and again. Dude, who cares if a Les Paul is vintage? It's a guitar. In my opinion, Ibanez Artcore guitars are just as good as a Les Paul or any Gibson jazzbox. The Fred pick-ups work great on solid body guitars, anyway. Bah to your uncle, and to shar, and to any of these idiots that think guitars are for worshipping. They're for playing, dumbasses. |

My uncle is kinda miffed at me for changing the pickups in my Les Paul, he says it loses its vintage. But anyways, i put a Fred and Paf Pro in and it really sounds great. The LP seemed to lack some high-end sustain before, but it sounds great now. Still, the JS1000 is probably my dream guitar. I can dream!  I agree with your uncle ..... Oh definitely man. I've loved the JS series for so long, I don't even remember, lol.
My uncle is kinda miffed at me for changing the pickups in my Les Paul, he says it loses its vintage. But anyways, i put a Fred and Paf Pro in and it really sounds great. The LP seemed to lack some high-end sustain before, but it sounds great now. Still, the JS1000 is probably my dream guitar. I can dream! |
