A steam pipe exploded a block from Grand Central Station in Manhattan tonight around 6 P.M.
So far only 1 casualty and it was a heart attack. If anyone is coming to NYC stay clear of this area. The air could be contaminated with asbestos and could be toxic. 26 people were injured thus far. It sounds like a machine gun going off! But thank goodness terrorism was ruled out. Check out the article. thats crazy, well its good to hear most people were okay, with the density of the population any kind of explosion can have large consequences, so hopefully they will clean it up quickly and all will be well |
