im sorry for my english it really suck
i'm trying to do a hilt model for a friend and was using that virtue's tutorial, it was all doing fine but i got on a part that is killing me. http://img20.imageshack.us/my.php?image=timslightsaberblueprintcs3.jpg this is the saber and this is the far as i can get it http://img411.imageshack.us/my.php?image=saberzp9.jpg PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ can somebody help me?? Hey,
there are several ways  .
The easiest is: build the wings as new objects then connect them to the hilt. You can use "Attach" or Compound Objects - Boolean. Use the Union operation. An another way: split your mesh to make polygons where the wings connect to the hilt then extrude. |

What, precisely, are you having trouble with? From the picture, it seems like your saber is missing several features from the blueprint. Is that your problem and if so, which feature are you particularly having trouble building? |
