A new era of Star Wars entertainment begins in 2008 when Star Wars: The Clone Wars, from creator George Lucas, premieres as an all-new feature film in August, followed by the television series debut in the fall, in a partnership announced today between Lucasfilm Ltd., Warner Bros. Pictures and Turner Broadcasting System Inc. Produced by Lucasfilm Animation, Star Wars: The Clone Wars takes audiences on incredible new Star Wars adventures, combining the legendary storytelling of Lucasfilm with an eye-popping, signature animation style. Star Wars: The Clone Wars will open in North American theaters Friday, August 15. International release dates will be announced soon. I might be wrong, but if I remember right it was only showed that Anakin got angry, tapped into the dark side and pushed the apprentice off a building.

It's slated for 100 Ep's, so about 5 yrs of screen time. As for the Genndy series, they're not really taking them into account, they've said it's kind of after the Genndy series. and how well its ties in with the cartoon version? 100 Episodes! Bloody Hell. Lol I only ask about the previous series because I remember an episode where Anakin gave the sith apprentice a serious beat down and killed her with her own saber. Just watched Epiosde 11, not sure if I liked it. Then again episode one was a bit of a slow starter, so im hoping episode 12 picks up  . Finished watching those 10 episodes.
Damn great stuff

I thought that aswell, because in the cartoon version of the Clone Wars there is no mention Asoka, and Anakin gives Dooku's apprentice a massive beat down aswell, using her own lightsabers.
