The pics were taken from the trip from Sortavala to Viipuri (not sure if that's the English version of the city's name as well). Excuse me for being too lazy to translate the pictures' texts for you, but you can ask if there is a certain one of which you'd like to know more about.

The average building in Sortavala is way worse than the worst here... Which of course reflects the life of the people who live there. The place needs some attention from the government of something.
