looks great, i bet it will be best mafia game since mafia 1.
however im not excited or hyped over it since its console exclusive. we PC gamers learned how to not get excited, i mean we already missed loads of titles from uncharted to shadow of collosus to red dead redemption to whatever other fun console-only game. i AM however very sceptical about occasions when the game is announced for every platform and then its only released for consoles. alan wake, fable 2. really wanted to try those. anyway, luckily witcher 2 might be good. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. There's nothing to be sorry about. Even if the game were to be truly great, there's a significant amount of alternative activites (and/or games) that I could spend my time on and have an approx. equally great time. My value system isn't really oriented around hedonism either, so even if I were to (forever and completely) 'miss out' on an experience that is a lot of fun, it wouldn't affect me in any way because having great fun is not something that is on the top of my priority list for things I want to do in life. There is also no real point being upset about something that is completely out of your control (for me: owning a console), because that would be irrational. The concept of 'missing out on sth.' is itself practically meaningless anyways, since everyone misses out on 95% of everything that is and was great.

This game is going to be awesome and I'm sorry that you won't get a chance to experience it (At least not any time soon, who knows; they might go for a PC release in the future) I am so excited for this game. Although I generally play multiplayer games, I am nuts for any single player experience with unique gameplay or a strong narrative. This game has both. I am excite.  |
