Edit: @Eica: She also voices Satele Shan if you weren't already aware. 
She makes them sound quite different too, uses her Bastilla voice for Satele. Quote:

I've seen that opinion elsewhere, although the overriding majority of people online seem to rate Hale higher than Meer even if they prefer playing ManShep. I read an interesting take on the argument which suggested that Meer's voice appeals more to some because he conveys less emotion and allows the player to associate their own feelings more with the character. This is taken from the games credits.
IMDB often puts rumours down as facts. Plus with TOR there have been a lot of convincing rumours, I was certain the Sith Warrior was Steve Valentine because it was listed as confirmed in several places! Steve Blum is in there, he's voicing a bunch of people including the Huttball guy.
