So, thought it might be a nice idea to have a thread dedicated to these.
Datacrons are optional stat boosting items found throughout the game. They also provide interesting Codex entries if you are interested in the lore. They have been designed to be hard to find and/or get to, as such having a thread that details where they are and how to get to them seems a good idea. 
Please feel free to comment and add your own. Should you prefer to find them on your own I would suggest you stop reading. A few off the top of my head: -Tython: Bottom of a cave south of the forward outpost, before you go through waterfall cave. -Tython: In the area leading to the Forge, right hand side. You'll see a path with Flesh Raiders guarding it seemingly going nowhere. Follow it you'll come to a small camp. The Datacron is nearby. -Coruscant: In the Merchants Guild Quarter, on one of the raised platforms in the initial hositle area. -Coruscant: The Jedi Temple. You have to get past a high level, elite, Sith. He is located high up in the rafters of the main Temple area. Once beaten go past where he was an shuffle along a beam, the Datacron is at the end. -Hutta: Near the Scrap Yard. North side, climb onto some pipes and follow them all the way around to an island with some Chemlizards. -Taris: North of the spaceport and outpost. Rakghoul area. Tricky to get to, involves jumping onto a ledge then following it for quite some way before leaping onto a pipe and then the seemingly inaccessible platform. The Datacron is through a hole in the floor. Yeah I realised since I posted this that lists already exist, but thinking about it it may be interesting for those of us who want to avoid straight spoilers to catelogue the ones we find.

There's a +2 aim one on the island in the north-west of Ord Mantell - it's tricky, on top of a hill covered in volcanic rock and some lava. But if you can get up on top of that terrain feature, it's quite easy to spot. |
