I'm into rock myself  , basically any type. Fav. bands include metallica, red hot chili peppers, system of a down, bob hund, cato salsa experience & the white stripes.

Rock, metal, industrial, electronic, techno, trance, classical, jazz, ambient...
I guess a wide variety of stuff. Don't like rap, hiphop, country, gospel, and most pop. No favourite bands, I only like particular songs. However Red Hot Chili Pepper's Californication is my favourite disc, I love every single one of those tracks. |

ok first of all...aeth, i read u like Mana. i just wanna say they are one of the best bands out there and theyve been doing it for like 20 years now i think. the only drawback is that the songs are in spanish, so if u dont know spanish u might miss a lot on their songs.
personally i dont like the music we have today. there arent any great musicians (at least in my mind). anyway, for me its all rock, any type of rock. all time favorite band...Motley Crue
other bands... guns and roses, def leppard, van halen, queen... stuff like that |

Bluegrass,Blues,Clasical,Old heavy rock,Jazz,Acid Jazz,Jam Bands,and the list goes on.
I loath modern pop, any rap, and modern country. Some of my favorites are: Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Greatful Dead, Mediski, Martin, and Wood, Black Sabath, The Doors, Nirvana, Old Metalica, Disturbed, SLAYER, the Jackson Five, Johny Cash, The Notting Hillbillies/Dire Straits, I could go on for a while here, but I'll stop. |

well, I'm pretty open minded. Smooth songs (buena vista social club, mana "en muelle de sans blas), harder (red hot chilli pepper, blood hound gang, weezer, metallica), classic (quite a lot, lotr/SW soundtrack, bach, beethoven) and, prepare for a shock , rap and hip hop (eminem if he does not repeat all the time, luniz, wu tang, x, dr dre, snoop dog)

Metal stuff, all i can put my hands on, exhuming bands from early 80's up to newest electro - black metal experiments. I listen a lot of types of music really. I also play gituar, a bit of drums, and im gonna learn the piano and will goto art/music school (in dutch: Conservatorium) in 2 years.
Smashing Pumpkins, Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, Everclear, Foo Fighters, a looooooot of blues, skunk anansie, more blues, even more..., radiohead, muse, black rebel moter cycle club, the hives, st germain, more jazz, kruder&dorfmeister, chemical brothers...i could go on for a while like this... My particular favourites include Metallica, Guns N Roses, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Beethoven, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Buckcherry, Aerosmith...all that stuff
I also play guitar, so that helps broaden the horizon
