Cool!! Im learning good stuff in the Academy!!![]() Anyone know how to bind 2 orders in the same bind? For example: Say something and taunt at the same time. Someone say me that i would have to use this order: /bind x "+taunt; say something" It works but when im typing in the console or typing a message and i press the binded button automatictly the message appears in the screen ![]() This post was edited by Jagreen Lern on Jan 04 2003 12:33am. |

if you capitalize (well, shift-press) it's a colon : , is to the right of M for me _______________ Well then. Just so you know, just because I don't post often doesn't mean I don't lurk this place multiple times every day... This comment was edited by Trad Redav on Jan 07 2003 03:36pm. |

k, I can't get the ; thing to work... I was thinking perhaps Its my keyboards fault? (since norwegian has 3 more letters than english; æøå) So, In your english keyboard, where is the ; located? On mine, its located next to the M(to the right of it) _______________ Second-in-command of the mighty FiZZsters |

Okay, here is how it goes
+taunt Activate Sound and Taunt Animation -taunt Deactivate Sound and Taunt Animation If you were to put only bind "key" "+taunt;say This is a error" taunt would never turn off if you didn't add bind "key" "+taunt;-taunt;say This is Correct" _______________ Bringing newbies closer to perfection since 1998. |

Wow, that's funny.
But I guess you can just do a speaking script. I did one a while back. Those might actually work a bit better. _______________ Jedi do not fight for peace. That's only a slogan, and is as misleading as slogans always are. Jedi fight for civilization, because only civilization creates peace. |

your post remind me to one of the badest thingss ever happened on a server aso:
i was playing at a clan server (not locked) and a poor n00b joined the server. he was starting to have fun with the game and got used to chat instead of fighting. after some time the guys started "breakdancing (roll back and turn around ur mous) and such stuff. then some asses told the n00b to type /disco in the console to activate a disco mode. yeah, you all know. /dicso = /disconnect. i'm pretty sure that guy never played JK2 again ![]() _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

huh? you can add and subtract now? what in the world is going on here? spare my ignorant mind please... ![]() _______________ make install -not war |
Aron - Retired ![]() |
Its quite easy really... just add a ; between 2 commands.
If you do this with +taunt, it might do a taunt loop, so you might want to add a -taunt. Like this, ie: /bind b "say This is my ubberl33t taunt;+taunt;-taunt" I used something like that and didnt remember having the problem of typing it in messages/console...
