Alrighty. So I was just watching the Matrix when something crossed my mind. Maybe you all could help me with it. The Matrix is supposedly the collective conscience of the harvested thoughts of people, correct? AND the machines depend upon these ppl for energy. So why would the machines risk even a slightly possible revolt by allowing ppl to create computers within the Matrix? Sorry Pad-on-a-stick, but the matrix was created by the A.I. machines that overtook the world in order to control the humans and harvest them for their energy since the humans "scorched the sky" in order to block out the sun which the machines had previously used for energy. what i think the matrix is, is that it is a program of which everything is encrypted in a computer language of which every object is specified with a certain code(like 1, 0 language) What i think happens in the matrix is that things influence it, making things change, therefore it is like real life. To me, it is the ultimate prgram of which flaws cannot be produced... In the first movie, my explanation of the guns appearing is that they hacked into the main frame, creating something that wasn't there, there... I've given some thought into this but... this is all IMO... And to the theory of the bad guys is that they are virus' trying to infect the matrix... and neo and the gang are like te hackers who protect the matrix, bringing in the fact of guardianship... _______________ When you are told something for years, you learn to accept it. Tito: Remember though. The bad guys are NOT human. They are themselves software. Let's also remember that machines/computers even with a butt-load of A.I. still do and always will think in 1's and 0's. Black and white. Because they aren't supposed to be a threat. Think about it, a few insignifcant hackers in its own world figuring it out. And still not knowing about it. Neo didn't know what the Matrix was even though he was a hacker, he just knew of it. So its probably a low level risk. A few hackers that they could just have their agents take care of. Because it was a thing that was hard to aviod... They (the bad guys) had to use it when they entered the Matrix themselves... _______________ Not back yet... I'll come one day, I hope...
