Look Paddy, I'm 13 too. Not that I have a girlfriend yet, but that's because *she* was in my last school, don't really get many chances to talk to her. Are you just trying to get lines or do you actually have someone in mind? If you do, my advice is to befriend her first, and wait maybe a month or so, (If you can't wait that long too bad for you, I waited three months ) then try and get her to ask you who you like, (That happens a lot with 13-year olds, right?) then hit her with the big one. (Don't stammer like kids normally do during such confessions, just say it like you're announcing dinner.)Her immediate response will be, "No way, you're just trying to get me off your back." The awnser varies in different parts of the world. Then tell as many people as possible the same thing, that you like her. You can actually do this with more than one girl at the same time, that way you stand more chance. Note: If you're good enough, you can keep it up and get her more and more intrested in who you *really* like, and hopefully will start to see your good points. That's what I'm doing anyway. Then why hasn't it worked yet, you ask? It will, it will.
