Hmm...I have run 1.4 and not had any problems, unless (and honestly) If you are visiting less than legal sites (like those through www.warez.com DON'T CLICK THE LINK!!! OK, FINE, CLICK IT, SEE HOW I WARNED YOU) you will get such a flood. So, either you have some fluke problem, in which case, drop by the discussion boards or rooms, or you need to lay off of less than legal sites. Porn sites can also do this. Honestly, they are notorious for such flooding (c'mon, I'm a 21 year old guy, I know this stuff). So, one of three things: 1. Fluke by Mozilla 2. Too much "less than legal" stuff 3. Too much porn _______________ Jedi do not fight for peace. That's only a slogan, and is as misleading as slogans always are. Jedi fight for civilization, because only civilization creates peace. ha I know that one. your link to mozilla is most likely messed up. I've had this with Netscapes and mozillas even when I started them up. check ur link to the mozilla.exe, or simply try to reinstall. no settings will get lost. but be aware that 1.4a is very unstable, it produces occasional BSoDs for me, so I stick with 1.3 _______________ One of the Belouve boys, founder of the mighty FiZZsters Midbie council #20 - Fizz - #1933 - Jan '03 - Aug '04 "Renfield, you idiot!" |
