Have any of you guys got Vice City? I wanna know how good it is, and if I should buy it. Also if you know any good websites that offer mods for it or something could you please post them here. It looks pretty cool from what I've seen so far so tell me what it's like if you have it! |

VICE CITY ROCKS!!!!!!!!! anyway, about your questions, if u hit a car, the heli stops, and the car stops, maybe fliping (i personaly just blow them up with the apache) and i think u can land on trucks, but i havnt tried it yet, so dont take my word for it _______________ if at first you dont succeed, try and try again. if you still dont succeed, youve just wasted a whole lot of time trying something you just cant do

I should be able to get it soon, although finding the $80 will be hard. I can't wait. Just 2 quick questions though. What happens if you fly a helicopter really low and then het a car with it? Are you able to land a helicopter on a moving object such as a truck? Thanks in advance guys! |

That's the Spirit Droid... I just wanted to add that : THIS GAME IS AWESOME Even if I have only a console (PS2)... I still got the 80 bucks out my pocket to get this game when it came out. Man it looks absolutely joy! Flying helicopters, stealing motorbikes and sports cars. Getting out the sniper rifle and shooting from the top of a building and then when the cops come in helicopters shoot them down with an M16 (friend told me that one  ) I just gotta get this game! I played driver and I liked that and that'll be shocking compared to this, and I loves the orginal GTA. So I'm gonna get this, considering you can download new vehicles and all! |

Tbhe reason this thread popped up is becuase the PC version has just been released and in my opinion, consoles are a waste of time, PC is where its at. Anythin to can do on a console you can do with a PC, better graphix, sound, you can upgrade, downlaod mods, play on the net. As new consoles are released they are just trying to make them more like PC's. First changing from cartridges to CD's, then adding keyboards, mice etc next its the Internet. i bought vice city back in october on the day it came out and i still play it all the time. sure ill stop playing for a month or two but after awhile i just have to go back to crusing the city with all that lovley 80s glory. then again i always play with codes and thats probably why i constantly keep playing. the replay value never dies. _______________ "We keep odd hours...." ----------------------- They Live, We Sleep |

d00d ? Its damn awesome. If you've played CTA3 (you should of!!) this is better, new cars, new city, new missions, you can ride bikes, shoot out tyres. And of course I have to disagree with Monthy the Loser. I think it's boring in the long run, sure it's fine in the start, but as soon as you haven't got anymore missions left it gets boring just to cruise the city. |
