just a note most ppl wouldn't know what an aged egg is infact i haven't heard of it in a long time but basicly it's an egg that's put in (i think) black tar and is aged for like 100 years or more. The price of these things are really too much to call it worth while but it was developed in japan from what i remember and they look all black on the inside and kinda look hard boiled. There doesn't apear to be any yolk it's all just black.
