Who do you think is better? Count Douku (Darth Tyranus) or Palpatine (Darth Sidious, or Emperor)? I don't know: - Douku has the advantage of the lightsaber - They both have "Force Lightning" - Emperor's might be more powerful (the lightning) - In ep2, Douku treats Palpatine (Sidious) as his master.
