Hi guys, Lord Rive here...
I was just thinking the other day, that it would be really neat if all the members made skins for themselves if they wanted to, then they could be put into the server pack, its a long shot idea but its just crazy enough to work 
Anyone have any ideas on how we could make this as painless as possable, Links to good skining sites, tutorials, advice that sorta stuff

well, it would be a good idea, but there are a few reasons why it wouldent work. Every time someone made a new skin, DJ would have to add it to the server pack, which would get bigger, and bigger, and bigger, and bigger, untill it explodes (maybe not explode, but you get the point).
the servers are pure servers, so for your skin to work, youd have to send it to the admin of the server, and theyd have to shut down the server, put it in their base folder, and run it again (too much hassle for a long time). Now unless everybody else had that skin, only you, and people with the skin, would be able to see it. that basically counteracts the idea of having skins for everybody. (also, it doesnt appear as an option to choose...) But, i do agree that would be cool if we could  _______________ When you become an actor, you become the person, and you dont act anymore. I made my personal skin when I first came to the Academy, I'm not sure if its still in the server pack.

Uh, I had that very same idea, though I can't get the model programs up and running. TFN has some good tutorials... link is http://www.theforce.net/games/jo/skinning.shtml
