Check this out. I'm subscribed to CNN's "Breaking News" emails. If something major happens in the world, I get an email from CNN which basically tells me to switch on the TV and watch the news. That's how I learned about Sep. 11. Anywho, a few mintues ago, I get the "You've got mail" message and the sender is CNN. So I'm thinking "Uh oh! What now?" Right. I open the mail, and I get this: "-- U.S. Supreme Court overturns Texas sodomy law that prohibited consensual sex by same-sex partners." My first reaction was: "Huh??" I don't really see how that could qualify as a major world event. But then I thought: "CNN.... right!" Anywho, congrats to all you same-sex couples.
