Well, ahem, here i go, if you look at the extdata, npcs.cfg in the assets0.pk3 and scroll down to Jan and then at JediF You may see that it is all merely a surf. Which, when you select the uniform skin use the surf to turn on the shoulder blades. Or better yet for all the other skins you could make surfs and have them all turned off so when you select uniform they would be automaticly there. That's your best bet. here is a link to a site that will explain surfs http://www.theforce.net/games/jo/skinning_1.shtml chapter 2 and 4 are going to be the most helpful to your personal problem. Well other than that you jsut have to add the shoulder blades to your model. Good Luck with That! See, you know how skins for models are set to, say: default red blue I want to add another skin (which is also a model) called "uniform", so it would be like default/red/blue/uniform The reason I need a model-experienced person is because I want the uniform to have shoulder blades. If anyone knows ReBoot, the uniforms are kinda based from the guardian uniforms  (if that helps set a picture)Did I explain that well enough? _______________ Follow the virtues of your heart |

I somewhat like to think i know about modeling although my most common problem is giving them the jko2 skeleton. But i would be interested to see what your question had to do with.
