First of all, I believe that story is a bit wrong... The way I heard it, it was like this: Dooku has the task of killing Padme. The Jedi Council realises this, and they send Obi-Wan and Anakin to protect her. When the Jedi are away (or busy?) for a moment Dooku kills Padme. Anakin comes back, she dies in his arms, then he gets enraged and hunts down Dooku, slashing Dooku down in all his rage. This is how he became a Sith. Off course, Obi-Wan heard this :-) and walked in, and told Anakin repeadedly to release his anger... Since, there was nothing he could have done. Then he thinks something like "It's all Obi-Wan's fault. He didn't protect her." He challenges Obi-Wan, and here, for the first time in Obi-Wans life, Obi-Wan shows his true powers, and beats the living hell out of Anakin. He wounds Anakin so badly, that he has to wear the black mask and armor to stay alive. Now he wants revenge on the Jedi Order, and since he trained with them, he knows all of there secret places. Alongside the Clone Troopers, that obey Palpatine and not the Jedi, he invades the Jedi Temple, while Palpatine declares that he is now the Emperor of his Empire. Three Jedi escape this slaughter... Yoda and Obi-Wan: they were together on Dagobah at the time... Obi-Wan was there to confess that he was wrong about him being ready to take on a Padawan. Anakin never knew that Dagobah was the home planet of Yoda, so he never found it. Echuu-Shen John, a Jedi Master, and a student of Mace Windu. (He will not appear in the movies, but he will in the games btw) He'll hide on a remote planet under the rule of the Empire, because that will be the last place they'll search for him. He meets Leia there, and explains her that the myths of the Jedi are very real, and they were very real... After that he saves her from the Imperials, but dies in the proces. Obi-Wan will offcourse hide Luke and Leia with his good friends: Luke with Owen and Beru (the stepbrothers of Anakin) and Leia with Bail Organa. These are the last places Anakin will look, so that's why they where saved. And the story after this you all know... _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website! If I really wanted to I could probably write a probable to Episode 3. All you need to do is know which events NEED to happen to set up ANH and then just add in some filler and things to make them happen. People were writing bogus plots for Episode one before it came out. Most of them included Anaking being able to pilot ships.
