Yo! I've decided to hit the forums with some wrestling news and stuff. It'll probably only appeal to a few people, but still, it should be a nice read for y'all! Enjoy. This week has been fairly eventful. Top of the list : Jeff Hardy, of WWF/WWE fame, recently wrestled at a Ring of Honor (A hot independant group), and was literally boo'd out of the building. Hardy didn't seem bothered by this, and continued to work through a decent match, using all of his usual spots. Chants of "We Want Matt (Reffering to his brother, Matt Hardy, who is enjoying success in WWE) broke out. It was said that the only people that weren't booing, were the usual huddle of chicks screaming for him. On a recent radio interview, he stated he wasn't bothered about the reaction, and his closing statement was that fans have the right too boo him, but it is not big deal because some people are idiots and you can't change that. The reason Hardy was fired by WWE is rumoured to be that he had a drug problem, and refused to go to rehab. Though, I find it likely he was merely suffering a burnout, and wanted to concentrate on his art and music. In fact, he sold one of his pieces of art on eBay for a handsom sum of money, that jammy bastard. The WWE Summerslam main event, I can confirm, will be Goldberg versus Triple H for the World Heavyweight championship. Be sure to have a pillow and sleeping bag ready, because that match is going to be a snorefest, unless there is some kind of angle that might save it. Speaking of Goldberg, many people are wondering where he is. I can tell you now, that he has had some kind of arm infection, and will be on RAW tonight. In other WWE news, rumours are still running strong that the brand split will change from WWE RAW and WWE Smackdown!, to WWE and WCW. These rumours are becoming even stronger now, as Ticketmaster are advertising tickets for a WCW show for New Year 2004. Chances are, each brand will put on one pay-per-view a month, and will share the Wrestlemania pay per view. Personally, i'd love to see this. Also, REJOICE BECAUSE HULK HOGAN IS *GONE*, Brother! That's right! Hogan has left WWE. This Mr. America thing is OVER! Now, there's more chance that people with talent will be pushed up the card. JOY!  WWE are expecting a 5.0 rating for tonights RAW live broadcast. I doubt this will occur, but tonights show seems to look hot already, with a Wrestlemania 19 rematch between Chris Jericho, and Shawn Michaels, the now unmasked Kane versus Rob Van Dam, and a rumoured match for the World Tag Team championships, involving Mark Jindrak & Garrison Cade versus La Resistance. Also, Linda McMahon is apparently going to show up, to announce Stone Cold Steve Austins future as a RAW general manager. Should be interesting! The Kane storyline is taking shape. Apparently, they are making it so that he has no scars, but he has some kind of psychological issue that makes him think he does. Should be VERY interesting! AJ Styles is STILL phenominal, and STILL the man. 'Nuff said. That's all from me. DISCUSS, YOU FOOLS! DISCUSS! If you gimme a good reaction, i'll keep hitting you with wrestling info! I think they should of left Kane the way he was when he first joined into the WWF. Now they have so it is basically stupid now. He use to be my favorite untill they made him all fruity. I liked him back before he evn talked. |

Actually JJ that's the opinion of many people. He really doesn't have much wrestling talent. He had a presence. And you don't hear JJ screaming for Rick Flair to go away do you? Hulk Hogan is what is known as a politician. He'll make sure he gets a push no matter what, including at the expense of others. Let's not forget the fact that he has very little wrestling ability. That's just my opinion though. Definantly credit for helping the wrestling boom, and for surviving this long though. |

w00t! I stopped watching wrestling for one reason, all the fights that werent on pay per view were always interupted or cancelled. Usually by a person or a chair. Listening to JJ every so often I dont have to worry about that. What is so wrong with hulk hogan? He is like a 1000 years old and still wrestling. That is pretty impressive. Most wrestlers die by his age. The only bad thing that could happen from his wrestling is dying on pay per view or something....that wouldnt be the first time  I still remember owen hart.They should split the wwe in 2. I stopped watching it right before the wcw fused with wwf to make wwe. I didnt really care for wcw so i might watch it if they split them back up.  |
