Well, I need to pull up my Jedi Lore: In terms of crystal colors (from what I found in books): Way back when, crystals were easy to find, and abundant. With the detonation of the Sith Thought Bomb, many locations wer lost, and the only accessible sites to the Jedi were the blue and green crystals. The Sith maintained the location of red crystals, and generally preferred a saber color similar to that of blood. That says nothing of the significance of colors. And no idea why Mace has the purple color. _______________ Jedi do not fight for peace. That's only a slogan, and is as misleading as slogans always are. Jedi fight for civilization, because only civilization creates peace. |

saber colors come from the crystal the jedi pick,the energy cell shoots energy through the crystal housing and forms an arc of light,depending on wich crystal you pick thats the color. From my understanding, this is what the saber colours mean... Blue sabers tend to be used by characters who are very much neutral in the force and are yet to fully swing towards the dark or light side of the force. Green is most commonly used by the most noble and wise of Jedi Purple is used by the bad ass ones. Red is the colour of EEEEVILLL!! Anyway, that's what *I* think of it. Narf! |

Every clolour is different! I have the DVD of Starwars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones and on the bonus DVD it said that Mace Widu has an Electrum Lightsaber??? I am confused about this but not every lightsaber is the same. In the game it is but not in the film.
