Nasty: my neighbor claims that he only sleeps about 2-3 hours a night. He meditates at least once a day and says that's all he needs. And yes, my neighbor is a bit on the weird side! I was like the walking dead last night. Came home, collapsed on bed around 6pm and slept until 9:15, when I woke up, thought it was morning, took the gel out of my hair and took out my contacts, then went back to sleep. I woke up around 2am confused as hell, watched Dead Mans Gun, and slept until 10. That's...16 hours. When I want to sleep I can't and when I don't want to I'm like a goddamn cat. i put down 10-12 although if i have no real activities schedualed i can sleep up to 14. of course that is usually in segments where i wake up for a few seconds to move, yawn, etc. unfortunatly i usually cant spend so much of my life avboiding my life so i usually only sleep about 7 or 8 with 30 second naps scattered through out the day. ironically all this inactivity has yet to effefct my sub-average body mass... dang im lucky |

ive been having sleep problems too. latly ive been gettin about 4 or 5 hours of sleep and thats only because ive been taking medication to help me fall asleep. even with the medication i havent been getting a very restful nights sleep. i keep suffering sleep paraylasis, where someone thinks they are awake and cannot move but are actually asleep. its weird and quite annoying. _______________ "We keep odd hours...." ----------------------- They Live, We Sleep |

i get up at 5:45 for school, and go to bed between 9 and 11.....so about 8 hours. wish i was a cat, read somewhere they sleep 75 percent of the day _______________ if at first you dont succeed, try and try again. if you still dont succeed, youve just wasted a whole lot of time trying something you just cant do

Im VERY fickle when it comes to my sleep sometimes I cant go to sleep cause I have to many things going around in my head Other times I can only get a few hours of sleep cause of my "permanent"injuries, but most of the time I can get a good 7 hours of sleep EDIT:I get 7 hours most of the time cause of my martial arts training so it WEARS me out lol _______________ Sister to Smily,Axion,and CT Friend to ALL... Believe me or not I didn't sleep for 156 hours now so I don't really remember the time I sleep. No I don't take drugs, coffee and no pron either i'm just....not sleeping. Hey MindofSin, are you, by any chance, a cat? The amount of sleep I get varies from day to day and also varies from the time I go to sleep.
