yeah...im just a wee bit freaked out right now. why you ask? because a gaint ass hurricane by the name of isabel is heading right to were i live. normaly i dont mind being rocked like a hurricane but thats only when the scorpions are playing (joke goes over everyones head). this hurricane is freaking me out though. just look at this warning my local news is giving out. DANGEROUS HURRICANE ISABEL IS EXPECTED TO THREATEN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA,VIRGINIA AND THE LOWER MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE LATER THIS WEEK. POWERFUL HURRICANE ISABEL CONTINUES TO MOVE CLOSER TO THE EASTERN UNITED STATES, BUT IS STILL AT LEAST 3 DAYS AWAY FROM THREATENING LAND. BASED ON THE CURRENT FORECAST TRACK OF ISABEL. THE THREAT FOR ALL HAZARDS EXISTS. THESE HAZARDS INCLUDE STORM SURGE TIDAL FLOODING, VERY HEAVY RAIN, POTENTIAL INLAND FLOODING, STRONG WINDS, COASTAL AND INLAND AREAS AND ISOLATED TORNADOES. see yeah, its kinda scary. and in 3 days i will get to find out how scary it really is. im mostly worried about flooding and my family back home who will probably be hit worse. ive got emergancy candles, food, water, books, and a deck of cards. im ready for this damn thing...i hope. _______________ "We keep odd hours...." ----------------------- They Live, We Sleep |

Well silly me went out during the hurricane/tropical storm and when driving the 45 minute ride home it hit pretty hard. It was blowing my little honda civic all over the place and there was alot of debris on the roads. It poured for like 5hrs!!! I had to dodge trees and tree branches all over the roads!!
