Just do /g_sync 1 and then /record. /stop to... well, I think you know. ;)

Firstly, "g_synchronousclients 1" needs to be set on the server. This var also needs to be set to start recording on the client too.

Heres a bind to start recording on a client PC:
bind key "g_synchronousclients 1;record; g_synchronousclients 0"

The "g_synchronousclients 0" setting is there to prevent the client from becoming laggy after recording starts
