Concerning the files: I think that's because, 1: Not that many files are out for JK:JA yet, and 2: The JACs are kinda lazy.

Concerning the picture: Go to "My Profile". At the bottom of it should be the picture-uploader. Just remember, it must not be larger than 250x250 pixels, and I think, 30 kb.
