Personally, I find that either adding a touch of cinnamon (or mixed spice will do) to a lowly cup-a-soup is a worthwhile investment...not much though..just like the cocoa powder on a hot choccy Although the best SNACK is easily peppers with cheese (as in the vegetable/fruit [depending upon pedantry]). Just get a red or green pepper, cut into big slices (take the seeds out by first cutting halfway down HORIZONTALLY, rather than the usual way. Then cut upwards in the top half towards the top, leaving the seeds and stalk in a chunk with some of the top flesh... You should get about 9 pieces...any more than 12 and you've done them a little small..You may want to use a big pepper, rather than cheap multibuy ones). Grill or oven cook them (oven is a bit better...tends to keep some of the juiciness of the peppers a bit easier) until the cheese has melted. They will probably be quite hot, because of the juicy peppers, so leave them to cool. The best version of this that I know of is Red peppers with Gruyere..it doesn't go oily like some cheeses do when melted. 6 min at 160C, and you're away - and this one doesn't really need to cool at all BTW:Nachooooooos...Nachos...I need my Nachos.....I love them so much that I will explode....I love them too much sometimes (and two balls of GLUUUUE - TO BE MY FRIENDS)!!
