Anakin has to be portrayed that way Aeth. After all it is his weakness, fear, anger at the loss of his mother, and his desire to be the greatest Jedi ever, that Palpatine will, in the end, use to turn him to the darkside. UnJedi like, yes. Remember he is already well on his way to his destiny by the end of AOTC. A destiny which we are reminded of in the scene on Tattoine when Anakin expresses his hatred towards the Tuskins and Vaders theme ques up in the background. Favorite AOTC scene: The scene they cut out where Padme takes Anakin home to meet her parents. I thought it helped further their 2D relationship and could have replaced the "Splendor in The Grass" scene or just been added altogether. I don't think that the actors had bad chemistry, I just think Lucas can't write a serious love story. He should have stuck to something a little more lighthearted like Han and Leia.
Favorite non-JK game: Super Empire Strikes Back (SNES) I hope they make the "super" trilogy for the GBA. _______________ One of the Belouve boys |

I sorta disagree with ya there. We really didn't get to see much of Obi-Wan in the first movie, and what we saw of him was a man 30 years older, wiser, and more worn than the one that Ewan plays.
Remember in ROTJ, Obi-Wan has his "Certain point of View" chat with Luke, in that talk he explains how he's responsible for Anakin falling to the Darkside. The Obi-Wan that Ewan is playing is a different man than Ben Kenobi of the original trilogy. The comparison I think is apples and oranges when it comes to Ewan. I like him as a young Obi-Wan. I like the casting of Anakin as well. I think though, that him and Natalie Portman were a mismatch, and didn't have good chemistry between them. Disagree. I think anakins casting was a good one.

mace windu totally rocks!! WHOOOOSH and jango's head pops off! hehe they should find a way to somehow slip denzel washington in there too, as windu's side-kick. they would make a great team! and in ep3 when windu dies, denzel can go "noooooooooooooooooooo!!!!" and then go balls out on all the bad guys... hehe
i absolutely hate anakin in that movie!! hayden christensen sucks! seriously the casting people did a terrible job with that. 
on the other hand ewan mcgregor does an excellent job.

Tie Fighter By FARRRRRR!!!!!!!! THAT GAME OWNS!!! lol i havent played it in years and its on my old crapper computer, but that game owned so much, yeah, fav scene in ep. 2, of course the big jedi/droid fight

TIE-Fighter. it just rocked. played with addon (!) about 5 times times the end. thrawn appears (was TIE fighter published before timothys novels?), an imperial traitor... cloak devices... just cool.
X-Wing was funny. the engine was not strong enough to show the ENEMY TIEs at a long distance so you had to use a targeting computer o actually find them! favourite scene? luke fighting vader in ep5 and when he goes mad in ep6. keyscene: "your sissster...... -NOOOOOOO!" ep2 you say? oh... damn. well, i'm a big fan of obi wan so i prety much like all scenes with him. i'd say obi vs jango is best. :beer: _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

My favorite part of AOTC was Anakin trying to be smooth with Padme. It was funny as sh*t. 
"I hate sand.. its course and rough and irritating, and it gets everywhere. Not like you. You're everything soft, *gulp*, and smooth." He's so not charming its funny. I didn't really like Yoda vs Dooku that much.. it was hard to see what was going on. My favorite non JK Star Wars game? Hmm, probably old school TIE Fighter. Now that was a cool game. |

favorite scene: either the whole fight sequence (jedi/yoda vs dooku), or the ignition of the saber. THAT WAS COOL! (in the fight, if you guys notice someone doing a DFA on a driod, tell me, cuz someone does! )

My favorite part of AOTC is the Tuskin slaughter and the following seen with Anakin and Padame. I love when Qui-Gon calls out from the Force, and Vaders theme playing in the back ground as Anakin acknowledges his hate. Very chilling and foreshadowing.
Favorite Star Wars game would have to be Jedi Power Battles on the Dreamcast. |
