Most of yous already know that anakin and obi get it on in ep3. This fight explains why anakin gets the darth vader suit and why his name is darth vader. The fight takes place over a lava pit with anakin getting the uper hand and obi getting the crap beat out of him. Obi takes one last chance at stoping the already out of controll anakin by pushing him into the pit.The only bit i know that defanetly happens in that short passage i just wrote is the lava pit and anakin falling in but i would like all of yous to put in your posts and include your own vision of the fight. _______________ Master Malak- Jedi name Onean Ongla. _____________ Humans are made to destroy themselfs its in our nature- The Terminator. |

First of all, I hated Luke and I hate Anakin, and equating them to Vader is simply sad. I think at this rate, Maul was both a more lovable huggable character and not to mention a more in depth character (with his total of two lines) than Anakin Skywalker. But, getting back to the point, Palpatine eventually masters the ability to ressurect people (which he employs in the books to kill repeatadley the designer of the death star after its demise), and could easily employ these life supporting powers to aide even the wussiest of people i.e. Anakin. Wasn't Vader burned by acid? I cant remember where I heard it - I'll have to watch the movies. It'll be interesting if they manage to do it well. I'm afraid that they'll make it like a childish plot like in ep.1. True. But, I think they would put it in the movie. Its common knowledge that Mace is just about the best swordsman. It will make for a big "ooooo ahhhhh" effect in the movie. Part of how they make movies is by public research. Not that they will make things up, but if they see that people are hyped about certain fights or situations, theres a strong possibility that it will be in the movie. Well, since noone here works for Lucas Films, we will have to wait to see what happens. I have heard that Anakin kills Dooku after Dooku kills Padme. Obi-Wan arrives to find Anakin in a state of Rage. Again the little brat blames Obi-Wan and challenges him to fight. I'm sure Obi tried to reason with Anakin. "Calm down, release your anger!" that kinda stuff. But Anakin does not listen. They fight, Obi-Wan shows Anakin why he was his master and WOOOPS his A$$. Hurting so badly that he must wear "The Suit". Sonds cool, but will it happen that way? Dunno. Riddle me this. I wanna know how Mace Windu dies. Well, neither Jedi or Empire were directed by him. It makes me doubt his skill in the first place. I'm not an idiot Malak, I know he's turning to the darkside. I just think it could have been handled differently. Anakin could have still disagreed with Obi-Wan in an intelligent mannor instead of a childish one. I mean, his fears and doubts are logical, he could have said, "I don't agree with you" respectfully instead of boo-hooing about him holding him back. That's why Luke's darside turning was done much better. He did it based on logic and not passion. I just want to see Obi-Wan kick Anakin's little whiney ass. True, Luke did inherit Anakin's atonement with the force, but it came with the price of being a whiney bitch. Exibit A: "But I was gonna go into Toschi Station to pick up some power converters!" Exibit B: "Obi-Wan's holding me back! Some day I'll be the most powerful Jedi ever" (tears)(wahh) But I'm not saying they're stupid. Its never said in the movies actually. And its not like they are fighting on a catwalker over this big tank of lava. It won't be that primitive. But yes this is no more of a spoiler than knowing that Anakin becomes Darth Vader. Its known among many people. Anakin and Obi Wan duel and Anakin ends up being knocked, pushed, thrown, whatever into something that severely burns him. That is why he wears the mechanical suit and needs the assistance in breathing.
