I've got a problem, namely a startpage (the page ya get when ya join the internet, dunno whats it called) and a toolbar on top. It's really annoying and tried everything but i can't get rid of them. DarthMaul, try Spybot- search and destroy. I've found it to be the best. It is very comprehensive and updated regularly (and free - the guy recovers his expenses off voluntary donations). I had something like that once... I installed ad-aware 6 (freeware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ ) Run a deep scan in your registry or your whole hard drive. It should target any spyware and give you the ability to remove them and their crap.
