Hey, I noticed that one can watch the chapters/episodes online here: http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/clonewars/index.html So, well, check them out, lemme know what you think. I want Anakin's Jedi Starfighter, and those clone starfighters (V-19s?) are pretty sweet too. So, well, check it out. _______________ Jedi do not fight for peace. So...what do you think of them, now that there is at least 3 chapters? Scale of 1 to 4, 4 being highest, and the random one. And I can't believe there are actually 4 people that would prefer disembowelment. I'll have to find them, as I need the sword practice. But whatever.

I watched them on Cartoon Network, I can't beleive the anticipation built up for these little 5 minute shorts in which minimum dialogue goes on. It would have been better I'm sure with lightsabers, but at any rate I chose disembowelment. Consider this; two major groups of characters are 1, robots and 2, clones. This leaves little room for character interaction and actual story-depth. Hrm...I think starwars.com has some link to the cartoons. Else, they should be around a lot more now. They are done with the first 10. Hmmm....Chapter 8.... Obi-Wan vs. Durge, the bounty hunter. Very nice, even for a 4 min short. I also like Kenobi in his armor that he has for this one. Well worth the viewing. Actually, most all of them are worth seeing, but if I must point to only a couple, I would say Chapters 3 and 8. _______________ Jedi do not fight for peace. Yeah. The 3-5 min shorts. But think of it, if it were actually a half-hour each, where would they go? I mean, there would be too much to cover, and it would risk undoing a lot of the storyline. Plus, in the course of 20 30-minute episodes, they would possibly cover a lot of the war. You really can't drag something out like this for, er, 10 hours. You can't do 10 hours of some clone war, it would get real dull, real quick. So overall, the whole thing will add up to about 1 hour total, maybe 1.5. I think that is a good thing, it will all come out like another movie or so. But I agree. They could have done CG or something, but they really needed to go animated to try and portray the bare essence of the characters, in order to fit with the short time of the clips. But that's just me. I have to see what happens after CHAPTER (not episode) 4, with Durge and te IG droids. Yes. IG droids. As in IG-88. They have a great idea, lots of action, and cool stunts. But, the one (and almost most important) thing that I didn't like about it, was the animation. It, to me, looks like a 5min. flash video you'll see on the internet anywere; lots of just colored in cartoony shapes that were a little choppy in sync (not the band damnit!).
