hi Does anybody have a linksys router ? can you host games ? if you can please tell me how. I've had a hard time trying to configure my router and i cant host  thanks._______________ AHH YOU ARE ALL NICE LADS |

/me cries And I just noticed this post. Sorry I couldn't have helped back when you had a problem. I'd have told you to visit 192.168.1.1 (The default ip that your router assigns itself; can only be accessed within the network.) Login should be admin and password admin. Then click "Advanced" and then click Forwarding. Enter your ip adress and the port range. That's it! _______________ I must not fear . Fear is the mind-killer. so far I have been unable to do it but lately im also having touble connection to certain servers :S |

its pretty hard to host a game behind arouter, and try to have other ppl who have routers to connect, you need to open some ports on your router and make sure you give out ur public ip address, not the 192.168.x.x  _______________ When a Man lies he murder's some part of the world.
