Hello fellow Jedi. What is your history of the name that you chosen for JA?
Just curious. 
The first game I started online was Soldier of Fortune 2. On that game my name was Walking_Dead. Because I died more times than I got kills. So when I started playing JK2 on a server for the first time my name was Walking_Dead. When I was getting better at the game a thought came to me. I will be Grem_Reaper. Darth Jell-O: You play Homeworld? That's so wierd! I was just gonna post asking if anyone plays it! (cue Twilight Zone music) Have you played Cataclysm yet(the "sequel" . I haven't played online yet, but I absolutely LOVE that game. (both games actually)

Various anme over the years: Fat Goblin (funny, but self-insulting) Falyyn Torve (A mix of expanded universe names) YubYub (I like ewoks and though it was fairly original) Feyne Toth: I have been thinking of a new name for SW Galaxies when it comes out. hehe i started as... Jed I. Jedarious Invarid. (sounds too muach like 'invalid' lol) I came up with Thrad (darth with t/h switched) <-- like that i dropped the H (trad sounds better) the evolution with redav is much longer... uh... redav ->revid ->rediv ->vadre ->tradav (eh, that one i had no 'trad') ->a couple others i went a day with each ->back to redav. nice and simple, and 'trad redav' is easy to say _______________ Well then. Just so you know, just because I don't post often doesn't mean I don't lurk this place multiple times every day... |

Well, the history of my name... i just thought it up lol, i had many different names for different games (that rhymes) like Homeworld (one of the greatest strategy games ever) i was "The Rogue" and "Dark_One" and then i got MOHAA (Good FPS) and turned into Jell-O (i got mohaa after i got jk2) and so yeah, if that confuses you and you really wanna know.......

Battlin' Billy - Student

I started out here with Nuke Skywalker, Nuke being my RL nickname. Then I saw there was someone already here with the nick Luke Skywalker and thought it was too similar. Then I decided I was either gonna be Geddy Lee (greatest rock bassist ever, IMHO) or Battlin' Billy (as in Billy Smith, greatest hockey goalie ever, IMHO). I went with Battlin' Billy bcuz he was more of a "warrior" than Geddy Lee whose just a skinny musician.

I was obsessed with swords when I got the game, so I first chose Murasame. Then I got to thinking about other swords, and Masamune popped in my head, then Chrono Trigger, and I use Masa occasionally, but I like the name Mune better for some reason. I like my name.

When I started here I used Lord Arcus. I played as Darth Pain about a week on public severs before finding the JA. Both Names are figments of my twisted imagination. I always played the default trando w/orange saber(a combo Im now back to as I deleted all the extra skins).
I made a reskin of the Trando model at which time I changed the name to Arcuss (an extra s like in Bossk, the trando from ESB) and made up a story to tie the character into the movies and JK2:JO. If you're are interested, and haven't yet seen it the story is on my profile page somewhere. |

I'm not much in to nicknames but as no one could pronounce my real name (Gonçalo Trindade) I realised that I needed a new one.
Didn't wanted anything fancy, just a name that everyone could pronounce so I went with Jacen Solo. I picked it because I identifyed myself with the SW expanded universe character. -after that i mutated to become Darth Dracu-Olah wich wasnt too good
-before joining the JA, i realised i needed a new name. i searched in the www and found a popular "name recept" you take three first letters of your name + 2 first letters of your family name then you take 3 first letters of the family name of your mother before she were married + 2 first letters of the town you were born for me that would be: Sebwa Gerhe you can now make the name sound nice with "-" and "'" like Seb-Wa Ger'he i actually used the recpet wrong the first time and i just played around with different sounds. just sat there for some minutes brabbeling names

Shang Chi name of a Marvel comic caracter back in the 70's and started up again by Dark Comics recently. He was a Master of Kung Fu and his father was the Evil Fu Manchu whom he was always fighting against. Name means "the rising and advanceing of the spirit." Was my favorite comic as a kid (I am a old man) _______________ Thirty spokes converge on a single hub, but it is in the space where there is nothing that the usefulness of the cart lies. Clay is molded to make a pot, but it is the space where there is nothing that the usefulness of the clay pot lies. Cut out doors and windows to make a room, but it is in the spaces where there is nothing that the usefulness of the room lies. Therefore, Benefit may be derived from something, but it is in nothing that we find usefulness. |

I have actually used only this nick on the web, with some other weird ones like "Aso's secret nick, I'm not aso, etc".
I made it up years ago while i was playing a network game of C&C with my uncle, and he said i should have nick or so, so i made up AsoAron, which actually means Anti-social Aron, but none of that is true LIES! |
