He's right, Naboo has a more artistic culture. Notice how although the Naboo starfighters looked awesome they were worth nothing in battle. You wouldn't expect things to look much better after the rise of the Empire anyways, its dark times in which it'd be hard to make cool looking ships, all you'd focus on would be the ships power. Don't know if you've read but in Episode 3 they're giving everyone 70s haircuts, the culture of the entire galaxy is being effected by the rise of the Empire. (Also Known As: DUH! The only reason Star Wars looks more "old fashioned" in the later episodes is because we've really only been seeing ships and technology from Coruscant and Naboo, two planets who's ships and technology are more streamlined and smooth. _______________ "If you hold back anything, I'll kill you.
