Heh, Dash, we aren't talking about the old one. That one is rather different than the "rethought" BSG. This BSG has some major differences with characters and plot. Starbuck being female for example. Anyways, I feel that Battlestar Galactica is one of the most rich tv shows out there. Sharp, fast and erotic - That is the way sci-fi material should be. I was really impressed with those two episodes and will be holding my breath for the next installment. I mean, I just begin to care about the characters and have been getting over Starbuck and Boomer being women when... _______________ Viking in training. dude that was sooo good! i hope it turns into a real series and soon! i was very impressed with the overall quality and production and everything. better than a lot of movies that get made these days. (just look at the laura croft movies! sux0r!) very dark though, much much darker than the original series. i don't think loren green would have ever gone for having blood splattered all over his face interesting thing with the "sleeper" cylons. boomer is one and she doesn't know it!? crazy! _______________ this is the internet, be serious damn it! LOL!!! Yeah, Boomer is HOT!!! Much hotter than the dude who played Boomer in the original. Not sure what's gonna happen with her though, she(or a clone) was hangin' out with the Cylons at the very end of last night's episode. I eventually liked it. At first, I was a bit disappointed. Apollo is an arrogant a$$hole, and Starbuck is a chick!!! The ships looked AWESOME!!! I watch alot of the old shows on TV so I've seen the old Battlestar Galactica, and its not really like Star Trek, its about a bunch of humans who are busted up by a race of robots (I think in Galactica they were made by intelligent lizards, can't remember)and wind up on a bunch of old ships in a convoy fleeing their evil pursuers. And theres a guy named Starbuck. _______________ Some friends wear pants, some don't. |
