The beautiful thing about Ramen is that everybody makes it differently. For example: I make my ramen (chicken flavored  ) with egg and put the flavor in after I've poured the soup into the bowl. My woman, on the other hand, crushes up the noodles doesn't add egg and puts the flavor in in the pot. It's such a simple yet wonderfully creative food.
