Edit: ok I see what you mean. Hang on, I will update this again momentarily, it looks like his site is moved again. Edit2: Brian moved his site: http://www.planetquake.com/polycount/cottages/blackboard/ The new addy here links properly, unfortunately he's moved the files to fileplanet.  Also check out the Chumbalumsoft (Makers of Milkshape  ) website for tutorials too.

Check out ISO's Tutorials on how to use Milkshape, that will help you understand the basics of using milkshape, and the basics of skinning. From there you will need to pick up some knowledge on skinning for jk2.
ISO's tutorials are done in format that plays on windows media player.
