Yeah, lol, I found this on the web, and I made the frosting up, hope this will be a good holiday dessert for you and your family! :D

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 TableSpoon Baking-POWDER
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

Sift these ingredients together, and set aside

Cream Together:

1 Cup Cane Sugar
1/4 Butter not Margarine
1/2 Cup Shortening

Cream until smooth, then add

2 eggs
1 Teaspoon Rum Flavored Extract

After that is nice and fluffy and white, add the flour alternating with 3/4 cup of milk

After this is all mixed, grease a Spring Formed pan with butter (or you can use a layered pan)
and pour in the pan, and then put into a 350 Degree Preheated oven

Now you can start making the frosting

1/2 cup of butter <-- Cream this first
then add 2 cups of powdered Sugar
Cream together
Then add 2 Tablespoons of Eggnog, and 2 Tablespoons of Milk
then add 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Cream until fluffy, and then store until cake is cooled

Cake is done when toothpick or fork is inserted and comes out clean
