Hmmm, well id say neither....its better to sit with people you know and like. Its best to be part of a good collection of friends and not be isolated as opposed to being with a large group or being on your own. From what i can hear, you are an introvert, perhaps being a little more extrovert would be helpful....who knows....why not give it ago? Why are u sick?......well, in your body im sure you know about white blood cells. These are what are body uses to get rid of infection. Now if your white blood cell count is lower than usual you are generally more likley to become ill. Or simply you dont have an immunity for what ever it is you have. For example there are over 200 types of the common cold, so it is understandable that you are not immune to all infections. Other than that all i can say is: Drink plenty of liquids, have plenty of rest and i hope you get well soon.
