Looks like a great game, and the official feature list has been posted in case you didn't want to read the whole FAQ to know if the game was good or not

This is my first post on the site. I have expectations based souly on what "FACTS" I have read on the Galaxies site. I have no boubt it will be a great game but I am leaving that judgement for when I actually play it. although i would probably love the game, i wont play it.
Im a very big anti-station supporter. I refuse to pay a monthly fee for a game, just for playing it, besides the costs of the game itself. I used to be a big infantry player, but stopped when it went pay to play. |

Dunno, I was a hige Ultima Online addict and I found I was just spending too much time on it so I quit, had to leave behind my l33t chars .

i'm about to join a PA! yay! it's called the Church of Lumba! it's a german PA (sorry guys) and has a very interesting goal... they want to build up a church, brew a drink called Lumbanol and worship the god Lumba. have a look at their site, nothing too big yet.

Geez.... *must resist*... I was an Ultima Online addicted already. I played this game for over 2 Years, where i bought no other game, heck i even played no other game. My grades suffered greatly from it. (Well thats no problem now, but my boss might get angry) Let's just make sure we're all on the same server.

i just LOVE star wars galaxies! it's just the game i've always wanted. well, it's not released yet, but i truly believe in it. once it is out, i gotta say bye bye to JK2
the monthly fee sucks of course, and i know i'll become pretty addicted. in fact i have to fear for my grades i guess, lol. but i dont care, that game is just GRRRREAT! u should check out the 360° screens of the different starting proffesions. i think i'll be a melee guys, maybe teras kasi or swordsman/fencer. lets see

The monthly fee is the only thing that would stop me from getting the game. I've never played any of those other games (eg. Ever-Crack, Ultima Online, etc.), but I heard they're more addicting than any other types of games. That might be bad news for me, I got addicted to Solitaire and Mine Sweeper when I got my 1st PC.
