WELL, i know the feeling...
dont want to go out with friends, dont want to do ANYTHING with computer, feel too lazy to get out... and too weak to work of course. there just one solution: reorganise ur life. for me, it often occurs when i played comp too long, ate too much sweets and were too lazy in general. my advice: kick yrslef in the butt, go outside, no matter if it snows/rains/freezes. feel nature and wind on your skin, face the sun! after some time, get home, have a GOOD meal (no fast food! no candy!) and then do something constructive. aka: work for school, phone/meet/kiss girlfriend, clean your room, cook for next day... something like that.
