I read about Mozilla on the home page of this website, and this question is directed to those that have it. From a user's experience, what are the pros and cons of Mozilla? Is it worth the download?

And Thunderbird (surprised no one mentioned it) is a stand-alone Mail client (meaning, its the mail part of the suite).

Also, Thunderbird, and Firebird are developed separately than the Mozilla RC suites, Onion.

Mozilla is a suite of web applications broswer/mail client/irc client/html editor

Firebird is just a broswer, it is the broswer component to the mozilla suite.

I use three different mozilla browsers on my machine, don't ask me why I am not sure. I have found them to be fast reliable and easy to use plus you can change them with different skins a huge plus in my mind. Another advantage I think is it has tabbed browsing. I love tabbed browsing so much I can't live without it now. That's my 2 cents worth

Pros: FREE!!!!!!!, Tabbed, secured password saving (you can also set it so you have to put in a Master Password if you dont want anyone to get to your saved passwords), popup blocker, pretty easy to use

Con: As everyone else said, all the pages made for that disgusting browser made by the guys in Washington show up wierd.

Note: I am forced to use that disgusting browser at school. :(

Pros: tabbed browsing (this one is my fav), cool gfx, no pop ups and it's not made by M$

Mozilla firebird is really cool too ;) I have both :D

Cons:As the previous two guys said, some sites that were explicitly designed for IE, will show weird on Mozilla.

Pros: Tabbed browsing. Fast browsing. Good programming.

Cons: Crappy websites that are made for IE will sometimes show a bit buggy.

For me, it is 100% worth using. The only reason I use IE is to test compatibility issues.
